The purpose is to establish a thirty-six month Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) service price agreement for underwater divers to inspect, clean, and repair raw water intakes, tainter gates, spillway structures, dam embankments, clear wells, and above ground storage tanks for the City of Dallas. An IDIQ term agreement is used when quantities of goods or services and/or delivery schedules cannot be determined. Goods or services shall be ordered on an as-needed basis for the term of the agreement. The agreement is for thirty-six months with the option of renewal for two additional twelve-month terms.
