The mandate also includes making recommendations to prevent equipment breakdowns in various SHDM buildings. The bid must be accompanied by the following documents: A bid bond in the amount of $20,000 A performance bond in the amount of $20,000 Delivery schedule The Contract is for a duration of one (1) year, commencing on or about April 1st 2026 up to and including March 31st 2027. The Contract is subject to two (2) renewal options for a period of one (1) year each.
