The Owner intends to enter into a Pre-Construction Services Agreement with the selected Construction Manager (CM). This solicitation covers pre-construction only; any future construction-phase services will be the subject of a separate RFP. The scope of work for the contract includes comprehensive pre-construction and constructability services including cost estimating, value engineering, and logistic planning.
