The scope of work will include the following: .1 Layout and construction of all interior partitions. .2 Supply and installation of all interior finish flooring and wall base. .3 Supply and installation of all finish ceilings. .4 Fabrication and installation of all custom millwork and architectural finish work. .5 Supply and installation of all interior doors, frames, and hardware. .6 Supply and installation of all interior borrowed lights. .7 Supply and installation of window coverings on all exterior windows. .8 Supply and installation of all privacy curtains and tracks. .9 Supply and installation of all washroom accessories and custom showers. .10 Concrete floor slab, granular base, and reinforcing for Ground Floor. .11 All stair handrails, steel stair pan concrete fill and finish treads and flooring. .12 All Electrical distribution for data, duress, communications, and power. .13 All interior and exterior on-building lighting. .14 All Mechanical distribution for HVAC. .15 All interior piping and plumbing fixtures. .16 All topsoil placement, finish grading and seeding. .17 All landscaping. .18 Placement of seal coat all paved areas and all line painting. .19 Fire protection of underside of Second Floor Structure and supporting structure. .20 Installation of sprinkler piping and head distribution throughout. .21 Installation of Otis elevator which has been previously supplied under Contract #1.
