The Lakes Metropolitan District No. 1 ("Owner") is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Farmlore North - Phase 2 Landscaping and Fencing The Project is generally located east of Chambers Road and south of 144th Avenue in Brighton, Colorado. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website Online. Include company name, contact name and contact information in the request. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner, Construction Administrator will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any informality, technicality or irregularity in any Bid, to disregard all non-conforming, nonresponsive, conditional or alternate Bids, to negotiate contract terms with the Successful Bidder, to require statements or evidence of Bidders' qualifications, including financial statements, and to accept the proposal that is, in interest. Owner also reserves the right to extend the Bidding period by Addendum if it appears in its interest to do so. Any questions concerning this bid shall be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 4, 2025 and must be directed in writing to: Matt Collitt at matt@groundworksdevelopment.com.
