The City of Fort St. John is seeking qualified vendors to provide a comprehensive proposal for the complete replacement and modernization of the the City's Utility Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. This project encompasses the replacement of obsolete programmable logic controllers (PLCs), human-machine interfaces (HMIs), and the implementation of a modern SCADA host platform across multiple utility facilities.
