The City of Wall, South Dakota, will accept proposals from qualified engineering firms for planning services for proposed development at the Wall Municipal Airport, Wall, South Dakota. Planning Services for the following projects listed on the CIP for a period of up to a maximum of five years from 2026 through 2030. o Construction of GA Apron and Hanger Area Expansion o Design and Construction of Runway Turnaround o Design and Construction of Fueling Station o Design and Construction Runway 13-31 and General Aviation Apron Pavement Maintenance o Design and Construction of Hangar o Equipment Acquisition o Design and Construction of Wildlife Fence o Design and Construction of Automated Weather Observation System o Design and Construction of Parallel Taxiway Proposals shall set forth qualifications, as noted in the "Consultant Selection Criteria for Airport Projects" to accomplish planning services for the period of 2026 through 2030 at Wall Municipal Airport. Copies of the "Consultant Selection criteria" for this airport project can be obtained at 501 Main Street in Wall, South Dakota. The selected firm is encouraged to obtain DBE engineering services or provide "Good Faith Effort" for this project. Upon receipt of Statement of Qualifications, the City of Wall, shall select the most qualified firm to perform the anticipated work. Selection will be performed in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E. Anticipated fees shall not be included in the SOQ, and each project will be negotiated with the selected firm following the selection period.
