The Owner and Engineer shall not be held responsible for documents obtained from sources other than the designated website. Printed copies may be purchased directly from the website for an additional fee. Each bidder shall accompany the original bid with a certified or cashier's check on a solvent Oklahoma bank, or a Bidder's Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid, as a guarantee of the bidder's ability to perform the contract bid upon and enter into a written contract with the Owner to furnish all required work and materials and provide the necessary bonds within ten (10) days after acceptance of the bid. The deposit of the successful bidder will be retained by the Owner as liquidated damages if the contract and required bonds are not executed within the time required. Deposits of unsuccessful bidders will be returned upon execution of the Contract and required bonds. Each bidder shall accompany the bid with the DW-412 Non-Collusion Affidavit and DW-413 Business Relationships Affidavit in accordance with ODEQ requirements. Performance, Maintenance, and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price, with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma and approved by the Owner and Engineer, will be required for faithful performance of the contract. A Maintenance Bond guaranteeing repair of all damage due to improper materials or workmanship for a period of two (2) years after acceptance by the Owner shall be required. This project is to be financed by a loan from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) through the Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) and shall be referred to as DWSRF 26 12" CMP Install L.F. 35 27 Remove & Reset Picket Fence L.F. 10 28 Remove & Reset Barbed Fence L.F. 10 The Contractor shall furnish, install, and maintain a project identification sign meeting Oklahoma DEQ and OWRB DWSRF requirements. The sign shall be 4' x 6', professionally painted, and constructed per standard details showing the project name, owner, loan amount, engineer, contractor, and funding acknowledgment. The sign shall remain in place and be maintained in good condition throughout construction.
