Pecos St., Federal Heights, Co 80260 is Seeking Bids From Qualified Contractors for the Rotary Park Improvements Project A 5% Bid Bond, 100% Payment and 100% Performance Bonds Will Be Required. Question Submission Deadline is Wednesday December 15th. At 5:00 Pm. Questions Should Be Directed to Sheger@hylandhills.gov Description of the Work: The work to be performed under this contract generally consists of the construction of park improvements. The Work includes, but may not be limited to, completion of contractual obligations, bonding, and insurance requirements; mobilization; installation and removal of temporary facilities, materials storage areas, and temporary power measures; protection of improvements to remain; construction staking and survey; clearing and grubbing existing sod (including application of a glyphosate-based herbicide on sod to be removed in Dryland Grass areas) and vegetation for new construction; removal of existing tree(s); topsoil stripping, storage and placement; erosion control measures and stormwater permit management; protection of existing improvements related to the Rotary Park Detention Pond including the 8-foot wide concrete weir emergency spillway and fencing/guardrail for the Detention Basin berm, buried stormwater pipes, inlet and outlet structures, 10' concrete drain pan, and grated concrete trench drain
