The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement invites proposals from property owners and developers for the lease of a building in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, to accommodate office space. The approximate area of space required is a total Usable Area of 793.70 square metres (8,543.32 square feet), which should equate to an approximate total Rentable Area of 873.07 square metres (9,397.65 square feet), comprised of approximately 172.10 square metres (1,852.47 square feet) of staff work space and 621.60 square metres (6,690.85 square feet) of other space. Building spaces within a range of 20% more of Usable Area will also be considered. Preference is for a location with easy/quick access to highways exiting the city and to be on urban reserve within the North Battleford city limits. The compound should have an area of 0.5 acres and must be secure, with outdoor storage available for propane fuel. The proposal is to include the provision of electrified parking spaces for a minimum of Twenty-Five (25) automobiles and Three (3) trailers. Occupancy is to commence approximately October 1, 2026.
