Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Delta, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Upgrading approximately 320 metres of existing sanitary sewer, 300m of existing drainage main, and 400 metres of existing water main on Chisholm Street and Georgia Street. Additionally, the Consultant will develop a servicing design for 4958 Chisholm Street. These plans and designs will support future growth for the Ladner Revitalization area. TIMELINE: Request for proposals from consulting engineering companies to develop preliminary and detailed designs, is underway. Construction is planned for 2028-2029 and is dependent on budget. Further update in early 2026, upon approvals.
