Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Regina, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 48,000-square-foot municipal facility.

Plannera Pensions and Benefits' renovations to corporate facilities. This includes approx. 48,000SF of combined office space across two Regina locations: 1801 Hamilton Street (existing head office), and 1901 Scarth Street (Canada Life building - new site). Construction will take place in partially occupied spaces. Phasing must prioritize continuity of service delivery and staff safety. Both buildings are leased and accessible with existing base building services. Possession of the Canada Life building is April 1, 2026; however, limited access can be arranged prior to that date. TIMELINE: The owner is seeking proposals from consultants for the provision of design services and tender preparation services. Design and tender documents must be fully complete by March 31, 2027. Further update may be available in February. *Budget is unreleased.
