Water Plant Nos. 1 and 2 Improvements :- The project consists of the demolition of two ground storage tanks, two hydropneumatic tanks; construction of one 650,000 gallon welded steel ground storage tank, one 440,000 gallon welded steel ground storage tanks, two 15,000 gallon hydropneumatic tanks, and plant piping and electrical as needed. Water Plant No. 1 is located at 19903 Kenswick Drive and Water Plant No. 2 is located at 8631 Stagewood Drive, Humbel, Texas, 77338 in Harris County (Harris County key map 335-N). Question Deadline 12/12/2025 submit questions about bidding instruments to the Engineer. Bidders should contact the Engineer not less than 72 hours before bid opening to secure any addenda that may affect bidding.
