To provide the City of Oakland Public Works department with PG&E specified 700 Sand in bulk to fill bags for flood control and prevention as well as erosion prevention. The sandbags will also be made available for City of Oakland residents. The Public Works Unit will pick up the sand in bulk using its own loader. No delivery of the product is required. The award resulting from this RFQ will be for a two-year (2) period. Questions Due: Friday, November 28, 2025, by 2:00 PM by email to the Procurement Buyer. Questions regarding online submittal must be directed to isupplier@oaklandca.gov to the attention of Purchasing Administrator.
