Renovation of a fire / police facility in Greenville, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fire / police facility.
**As of December 16, 2025 project has been cancelled and no definite date for rebid.** Greenville Fire District #1 is seeking proposals for generator replacement at the Greenville Fire Stations. The scope of work includes unhooking and moving two 10KW Generac generators, placement and installation of one 26KW generator with a 200 Amp standard SED transfer switch, preparation of the area for new unit placement, installation of a new riser from the garage to the hall to feed the new 200 Amp transfer switch, running single phase triplex wiring from the garage riser to the hall riser, removal of existing transfer wiring, wiring of the new generator, and reworking building electrical systems for both buildings to be operated from a single unit. The old units will remain on district property to be disposed of by the Fire District. Proposals must be mailed or emailed and received in a sealed envelope clearly marked 'Generator Replacement BID.' Bids will be publicly opened and read at the designated Board of Fire Commissioners meeting, and the board reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any and all bids. The successful bidder is required to enter into a written contract with the district. Specifications and terms may be obtained by calling or emailing the provided contacts.
