Site work for a water / sewer project in Bedford, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project is for the CIPP Lining Project. Sealed bids are required. Bidders will need to carry and produce a certificate of general liability insurance in an amount not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate, naming the City of Bedford as an additional insured. Bids should be clearly marked with the project name and submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer's office for the City of Bedford. The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bid process. Scope of Work and bid forms can be obtained from Bedford City Utilities 1614 L St, Bedford, IN 47421 between the hours of 8 AM and 3:30 PM (E.S.T) Monday through Friday Provide all necessary submittals relevant to CIPP product and procedures, including PE Stamped designs in accordance with ASTM F-1216. 2. Mobilize crew, equipment, and materials to the designated project location. 3. Perform pre-CCTV video inspection(s). PACP compliant investigations and reporting. 4. Perform light flush prior to CIPP installation(s).
