Site work and paving for a civil project in Prescott, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade road / highway.
The water system along Cherry Drive will be replaced in its entirety between Linden Road and Middlebrook Road. The drainage along the same limits will be addressed with bar ditches and driveway culverts eventually discharging into the natural drainage ways. The road surface will be constructed following City of Prescott standards. Bids must be submitted using the City's OpenGov Procurement portal. The City of Prescott reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, and/or some or all of the alternates bid, and waive any informality deemed in the best interest of the City and to reject the bids of any persons who have been delinquent or unfaithful in any contract with the City.
