The Town of Battleford, Saskatchewan (“the Town”) is inviting proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide water and sewer system services, including new service connections, repairs, and replacements to the municipal water distribution and wastewater collection systems. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a list of approved contractors or award a standing contract to one or more qualified firms to perform this work on an as-needed basis. Scope of Work: The successful contractor(s) will be required to perform, but not be limited to, the following types of work: Installation of new water and sewer service connections from municipal mains to property lines. Repairs and replacements of existing water and sewer services. Mainline repairs, valve and hydrant installations or replacements. Installation and maintenance of manholes and related appurtenances. Emergency response and repair work as required. Surface and site restoration, including pavement, concrete, and landscaping.
