Tax Exempt No Wage Requirements This project is Phase 3 of a multi-phase renovation project to the West Herr Auditorium Theatre and Performing Arts Center. Scope of work includes the renovation associated with the 1st and 2nd floor cast space. This space will consist of dressing rooms, gang toilet rooms and green room space for the performers. Construction will take place over the course of 2 summers. The first phase will be between June 2026 and September 2026 and the second phase will be between June 2027 and September 2027. Project awards are expected to be during the month of January 2026. Followed by a submittal phase and procurement. The intent is to have materials ordered and ready for installation prior to the start of the project. Scopes of Work include: Select Demo, Concrete, Structural Steel, Architectural Woodwork, Waterproofing, Doors/Frames, Hardware, Entrances & Storefronts, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Non-Structural Metal Framing, Tile Flooring, Resilient & Carpeting, Fluid Applied & Epoxy Flooring, Painting, Toilet & Bath Accessories, Residential Appliances, Window Treatments, Fire Protection, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing.
