The purpose is to perform on an annual agreement fire sprinkler inspections, repairs, and parts replacement for buildings located in downtown and suburban areas. Bids will be evaluated and awarded to the lowest total bid meeting specifications. Bidders are encouraged to download all bidding documents from the Attachments tab prior to the pre-bid meeting and to see details regarding the planned pre-bid meeting under the Activities tab. The contract is for twelve months, with an option to renew for two additional twelve-month periods at Tarrant County's discretion, provided both parties agree. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract period, and the Vendor must submit any required updated documents prior to renewal periods. additional pre bid meeting note: Tarrant County will not provide copies of RFB documents. Please download your own copies for the meeting. RSVP: Vendors planning to attend the Pre-Bid Conference must RSVP via email to: BidQuestions-RSVP@tarrantcountytx.gov by 5:00 p.m., CST, Wednesday, December 10, 2025. In the email, state your company name, names of attendees, an email address and phone number for each attendee, and reference the solicitation for which you are RSVPing.
