This Request for Tenders (the RFT) is an invitation by the City of Niagara Falls (the City) to prospective pre-qualified bidders to (each a Bidder) submit a Bid for Prince Charles Pool Enhancements, 6320 Arad Street, Niagara Falls, ON, as further described in Appendix C - RFT Particulars (the Deliverables). The City of Niagara Falls will only consider Tenders from Bidders who have successfully pre-qualified through the Stage 1 procurement process through RFSQ21-2024 - Pre-Qualification of General Contractors for projects between $130,000 and $5,000,000. The Work to the building shall be substantially completed by Spring 2026. Deadline for Questions: Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, 12:00 PM
