The City seeks project proposals, including qualifications and conceptual plans, for the adaptive reuse or redevelopment of the former Quinnipiac Real World Math STEM School site at 460 Lexington Avenue (also known as 805 Quinnipiac Avenue) and 3-5 Runo Terrace, New Haven. The objective is to transform the site into a vibrant, community-serving asset integrating with other land uses and reflecting one or more legislative priorities: creating good jobs for residents, enhancing public safety, providing quality affordable housing, and advancing health equity and environmental justice. The selected respondent must present a unified vision, strategy, and detailed proposal, and must plan and execute exceptional design and a financing strategy with community and stakeholder involvement. The respondent will be responsible for securing public approvals, demonstrating market viability, and ensuring the project complements the ongoing renaissance of the neighborhood.
