Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Walla Walla, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work includes utility replacements, roadway reconstruction, and pedestrian improvements. The Contractor is subject to all requirements related to Davis Bacon Wage Rates and/or State Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws, etcetera. The Contract time for all work shall be eighty (80) working days. This Contract provides for but is not limited to the improvement and replacement of the underground water, sanitary sewer, and stormwater utilities, and the reconstruction of the roadway on Hobson Street between S Clinton Street and S Division Street, S Madison Street between Hobson Street and E Alder Street and S Division Street between the bridge at Mill Creek and E Alder Street. This and all other work shall be done in accordance with the a9ached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, Standard Specifications, the City of Walla Walla Standard Plans, and the WSDOT Standard Plans.
