Nitrogen Reduction Upgrades Town of Westerly WTF The Project generally consists of process improvements to secondary treatment including two new aeration tanks, intermediate pumping facilities, process equipment and building upgrades throughout the Wastewater Treatment Facility, a new electrical service, emergency power, and new Facility wide automation and controls. Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and insurance prescribed in the Bidding Documents. The Town of Westerly, as a recipient of State Revolving Loan Funds, requires that the Bidder complies with all Federal and State flow-down requirements prescribed in the Bidding Documents. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or parts thereof, or to waive irregularities in the Bids received, and to accept the Bid or parts thereof deemed to be most favorable to the best interest of the Town. Question Deadline 02/10/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing, by emailed to the Purchasing Agent at ecardillo@westerlyri.gov. Questions received less than 8 calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
