**As of February 19th, 2026, the project was awarded to Nielsen Construction, but the awarded amount is not available.** Westmorland Union Elementary School District is seeking proposals for its School Gymnasium and ELOP Modular Building Site Improvements Project. The Project will be performed pursuant to the lease-leaseback process. The estimated construction budget for this Project is: Gym: $ 6,400,000. ELOP Site Improvements: $ 1,600,000. Estimated performance period is: Gym 16 months; ELOP Site Improvements 6 months The Gym and ELOP Site Improvements performance period shall be overlapping. Pursuant to Business and Professions Code section 7028.15 and Public Contract Code section 3300, the Contractor must possess a California Contractor's Class "B" license at the time of submittal of its proposal, and for the duration of the contract, if awarded. Subcontractors must possess the appropriate license for the work to be performed on the Project. All Firms submitting a proposal to this RFP must be prequalified with the District pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6 (b)-(m) without exception prior to submitting a proposal.
