Project Location 6390 W School Street Three Lakes, WI 54562 Sugar Camp Elementary includes two additions, multipurpose space, new classroom bathrooms, mechanical room, secured entry with waiting and new office space. Food service, locker room, office, electrical room, and bathroom to receive renovations. New ACT ceilings in all areas not open to structure. Replacement of boilers, ductwork and HVAC piping and components. New plumbing in additions and renovation areas, domestic water piping replacement from mechanical room food service. Electrical to include new external utility transformer, new lighting in additions, hallways, gym, exterior and renovated areas, new generator, new panels, extended fire alarm to new and renovated areas, and security cameras. Civil work includes reworked front parking, bus loop, play area and areas surrounding new additions Three Lakes School will have a remodeled Elementary Main Office, High School Main Office, and Administration Main Offices along with secure main entrances and front canopy. There will be a complete remodel of one set of public bathrooms, and the creation of another set of public bathrooms. The project includes a significant replacement of ceilings, flooring, HVAC duct and Air Handling Units, boiler replacement, substantial corridor wall tile replacement, and wood doors. On the exterior, one smaller parking lot is being replaced, the addition of a generator, utilities to a future concession stand, football field irrigation, track and field updates, track replacement, and a new parking lot for the Athletic Area.
