Site work for a water / sewer project in Gloucester, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Gloucester County operates a 2 mgd surface water drinking water treatment plant and a 2 mgd reverse osmosis drinking water treatment plant near Beaverdam Creek Reservoir. The County requires replacement of aging electrical equipment within the water treatment facility. The specific scope of work is to replace the Motor Control Center and Panelboards, which have reached the end of their useful life. There is an additive bid item for using arc-flash resistant motor control centers. Bidders are requested to furnish all goods and/or services described in the solicitation. One original and one copy of the bid submittal are requested. All questions or comments regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing (preferably by email) to the buyer by the specified deadline.
