City of Winona, Missouri is accepting sealed bids for municipal solid waste collection and disposal services. 1. Scope of Work The selected contractor will provide:o Weekly residential trash collection within city limits. o Weekly/Bi-weekly dumpster service. o Transport and disposal of all collected waste at a licensed facility. o Provision, maintenance, and replacement of containers (poly carts and dumpsters) o Customer service support for missed pickups, container issues, and new service requests. Minimum Requirements o Must hold all required state and federal licenses. o Must maintain liability insurance, workers' comp, and vehicle insurance (proof required). o Trucks must be kept in safe working order with clearly visible company markings. o Must comply with all applicable RSMo requirements and city ordinances. Bid Submission Bids must include:o Total monthly cost per residential household. o Dumpster pricing (per size and pickup frequency). o Fuel surcharge policy, if any. o Container replacement/maintenance policy. o Term options. (3 years) o Statement of company qualifications and references. City Rights The City reserves the right to:o Reject any or all bids. o Accept the bid most advantageous to the City. o Negotiate final terms with the selected contractor.
