The Government is conducting market research under FAR Parts 10 and 12 to identify sources capable of providing construction management services and deliverables for planning, design, and construction of facilities and infrastructure within the NAVFAC Area of Responsibility (AOR) in the Continental United States (CONUS). This effort seeks to determine the availability of commercial items to meet these requirements. Responses will help the Government decide on the appropriate procurement method. No reimbursement will be provided for costs incurred in responding to this notice or for any follow-up information requested. Location: NAVFAC Area of Responsibility within CONUS. Total Estimated Value/Capacity: $500 Million Performance Period: Total contract period, if exercised, of 5 1/2 years. One (1) 12-month base period, four (4) 12-month option periods, and an additional 6-month option period to extend services. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
