Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Midland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water pump station.

All equipment must be furnished, installed, started, tested, and placed in successful operation. The work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The services required involve maintenance of the Paul Davis and T-Bar Well Fields. Any instructions or requirements in the contract documents must be followed. All potential vendors shall direct ALL questions, areas for bid clarification and specification verification to the Purchasing Agent IN WRITING, via mail or fax as follows: The City Of Midland Office of the Purchasing Agent P.O. Box 1152 Midland, TX 79702 OR FAX: (432) 685-0523 E-mail: purchasing@midlandtexas.gov 1. Vendor must be able to provide, service and install up to 6" Boreline & fittings at the Tbar/Clearwater wells 2. All Boreline wells require stainless steel check valves with Knockouts 3. Boreline Wiring must be double Jacketed 4. Vendor must have the ability to spool and reel Boreline hose onsite 5. T-Bar Clearwater wells require any and all new installs must be Stainless pumps 6. All pulled wells are required to be camera surveyed or and upon request if jetted. 7. All wells to be disinfected in accordance with AWWA Standards prior to reinstalling 8. NOTICE: ALL vendors are excluded from the use of Franklin pumps or motors for any well field install.
