Description

Demolition and site work for a fire / police facility in Johnson City, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project to relocate Police Dispatch at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center. The work includes demolition and new construction, encompassing general construction, civil, architectural, electrical, low voltage systems, industrial hygiene, and other related activities required to meet the specifications and drawings. The project is to be performed in accordance with all outlined requirements and will ensure the full execution of construction and associated improvements necessary for the relocation effort. The Contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 365 calendar days. Question Deadline 07/29/2026 at 11:00 AM ET Telephone requests will NOT be accepted. Technical questions will not be answered at the site visit as questions MUST BE in writing and submitted as an RFI to Brian.Benltey@va.gov. Magnitude of Construction: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
