Reference Number 0000308655 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/12/08 03:00:00 PM MST 1.0 Scope of Supply The Vendor shall supply: 15 kV outdoor vacuum circuit breakers Rated continuous current: 2500 A Bushing CT requirements: 2500:5A CTS Control cabinet (NEMA 3R) All auxiliary wiring, terminal blocks, heaters, lights, and indicators Manuals, drawings, QA/QC documentation Factory production testing, type test reports, shipping plan The breakers will be installed at Taltson Substation and must be designed for extreme northern climate conditions as specified in the reference document. 2.0 Applicable Standards As per specification (CSA, IEEE C37 series, ANSI/NEMA, etc.) including: IEEE C37.04, C37.06, C37.09, C37.010 IEEE C57.13 (CTs) NEMA SG-6, ???? 250 ANSI/NETA for acceptance testing Vendor must identify any deviations. 3.0 Service Conditions As per specification: Outdoor, hilly tundra terrain, high humidity Temperature: +30°C to 45°C, storage-45°C Wind: average 3.6 m/s, gust 32 m/s Pollution level: medium All components must be designed for reliable operation under these conditions.
