The City of Calgary Recreation Business Division is seeking proposals from qualified suppliers for the supply, delivery, and installation of portable bleachers to support public viewing at various recreational events and facilities across the city. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. The Agreement will be for an initial Term of one (1) year. The Agreement may be renewed, two (2) times for two (2) years each time. The potential total term length is five (5) years.
