Program of upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Saint-Thomas elementary school building. The scope of work includes repair of the building masonry, replacement of all windows and four service doors, refurbishment of the stairwell partitions, asbestos removal from the basement library area. TIMELINE: Following the Request for proposals 25-026/20090469 the owner has awarded an architectural professional consulting firms to complete the project design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual design are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in early 2026. Timelines of further project development are being finalized.
