Renovation of a detention facility in New Century, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
This bid includes the following Work: Remodel and reconfigure existing restrooms for ADA compliance at the Johnson County Adult Residential Center Programs Building (ARCP), including all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and any and all other items necessary to complete the Work. Bidders shall submit the following with their bid: Bid Bond: Bidders shall submit with their bid a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to do business in the State of Kansas in the amount of five percent (5.0%) of the total amount of their bid. Said guarantee shall be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Johnson County, Kansas. No bid may be withdrawn within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the bid opening.
