The Engineer's Estimate of cost is $130,000 Each bid must be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or bidder's bond payable to the order of the City of Bellflower or cash for an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid price submitted, and the check, bond, or cash deposit of the successful bidder shall be forfeited to the City if such bidder fails to enter into the contract to perform the work within ten (10) days after written notice of award.
