Site visit: There is no mandatory site visit organized by the organization. If the tenderer still wishes to visit the site, they must contact the technical advisor before 3 December 2025 to schedule an appointment. After this date, no appointments will be made. Bidders wishing to make an appointment must accommodate the technical advisor's schedule for the site visit. Appointments must be made by email at the following address: lorine.durand@ohlaurentides.com. Please indicate the title, project number and "Site visit required" in the subject line of the email. The technical advisor will respond to the request as soon as possible. If access to interior facilities is required, the technical advisor must give the project owner at least 48 hours' notice. The project involves renovating all the bathrooms in a 22-unit apartment building for seniors. The bidder is responsible for the complete execution of the work
