Project includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of existing storm drainage and all other associated work required to complete the project as shown and specified in the plans and contract documents. The Contract Time is Sixty (60 ) consecutive calendar days with liquidated damages being One Thousand Dollars ($ 1000 ) per calendar day thereafter Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS. Attorneys-in-fact who sign Bid Bonds, Payment Bonds or Performance Bonds must file with each bond a certified and effective dated copy of their Power of Attorney.
