Grande Spirit Foundation is soliciting bids from qualified mechanical contractors for the replacement of the boiler and domestic hot water systems at Heritage Lodge, located at 10111-96 Street, Grande Prairie, Alberta. The Work includes all labour, materials, equipment, permits, and services necessary to complete a full mechanical upgrade as described in Schedule B - Scope of Work and the Mechanical IFT Drawings (M1-M4). The project includes removal of existing boilers, pumps, venting, and DHW tanks; installation of new high-efficiency firetube boilers with Category IV venting; replacement of domestic hot water tanks (HWT-1, HWT-2, HWT-3); installation of new heating pumps, expansion tanks, air-separation equipment, DHW recirculation components, and associated hydronic piping; gas meter and regulator upgrades; and full controls integration and commissioning as detailed in the Mechanical Specifications (M4).
