Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA), the Management and Operating Contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy's Idaho National Laboratory (INL), seeks qualified vendors to perform facility upgrades at TRA-628 and TRA-675. The project involves two separate remodels under a single contract, requiring coordination around ongoing facility operations and training schedules. At TRA-628, work includes a cosmetic refresh of the existing bathroom, installation of touchless bathroom appliances, and conversion of an adjacent storage closet into a kitchenette for food preparation and storage. At TRA-675, the scope consists of a cosmetic refresh of the existing bathroom. Vendors must demonstrate relevant remodeling and facility upgrade experience and be prepared to comply with DOE requirements. Location: Idaho National Laboratory, 1955 N.
