Project: Irrigation at Centennial Junior High School for Natrona County School District No. 1. All potential bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting at the school, meeting at the main entrance for check-in. Only those present at the specified time are allowed to bid. Bids are to be submitted and will be opened publicly. Electronic bidding documents are available from Caspar Building Systems. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid total must be submitted with each proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds are required from the successful bidder. All Wyoming Preference Acts, Statutes, and Laws apply. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, or accept the bid in the owner's best interest.
