Hamilton County 800 Broadway and 230 E. Ninth Street Elevator Preventive Maintenance The service provider for this project will provide the efficient maintenance and service operation of the (4) Elevators in the William Howard Taft Center (230 East ninth Street) in addition to the (5) Elevators in the 800 Broadway building for a period of up to five (5) years. The service provider must maintain and service all of the components for these systems, provide annual preventative maintenance upgrades (i.e. firmware upgrades) and training. The service provider must guarantee priority response within four (4) hours of a service request. Technicians must be able to respond on a 24 hour per day, 7 day per week, 365 day per year schedule. The contractor will also provide a complete annual inspection of all of the systems listed above and submit a written report (3-copies in D-Ring binders) detailing the specific status of the systems at the time of the inspection.
