The project involves the installation of a 360,000 gallon precast concrete combined sewer overflow (CSO) tank, trash screening units, submersible CSO pump station, CSO interceptor sewer, sewer forcemain, and required site restoration. Bidders must submit two completed copies of the Bid Form in a sealed envelope clearly listing the name and address of the bidder, due date and time, project name, and envelope contents. Bids may be submitted by mail or delivered by hand to the specified addresses. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.
