We have this new project that we have accepted to bid as part of our contract with USPS. This is a technical proposal, but only need your pricing proposal as we will take care of all the technical portions. There is a site visit on 12/18/2025 at 1:00 PM, so let me know if you want to go. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL ELECTRICAL POWER TRANSFER DEVICES, ELECTRICAL HINGES AND ANY OTHER ITEMS AS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE POWER TO REX (PUSH BARS), ELECTRIC STRIKES, AND/OR ELECTRIC LATCHES, TYPICAL. 7. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL ANY AND ALL NECESSARY DOOR HARDWARE AND DOOR FRAME REPAIRS AND RETROFITS NECESSARY TO PRODUCE A FULLY OPERATIONAL DOOR ONCE THE ACCESS CONTROL EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN ADDED OR REMOVED FROM EACH LOCATION, TYPICAL. 7. CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE EXISTING CCTV SYSTEMS AND SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL A NEW, ISIP CCTV SYSTEM INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO RACEWAY, CAMERAS, CONCRETE BASES, POLES AND CAMERA MOUNTING DEVICES, WIRING, PULL VAULTS, NODES, HEAD END, CABINETS, AND MONITORS, PER USPS STANDARDS. 8. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW EQUIPMENT TO EXPAND THE EXISTING INTERCOM SYSTEM INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MASTER INTERCOMS, INTERCOM EXPANSION BOARDS, DOOR STATIONS, POWER SUPPLIES, RACEWAY AND WIRING. TIE IN EXISTING AND NEW INTERCOM DOOR STATIONS TO EXISTING CENTRAL EXCHANGE UNIT AND RE-PROGRAM PER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. 9. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW ABA COMPLIANT SIGNAGE INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ROOM ID SIGNS, ROOM SIGNAGE PICTOGRAPHS, AND DIRECTIONAL (EXIT) SIGNS, TYPICAL OF ALL DOORS WITH ACCESS CONTROL DEVICES AND EMERGENCY EXITS. 10. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW INTRUSION DETECTION SYSTEM AT VMF INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALARM CONTROL PANEL, KEYPADS, MOTION SENSORS, DOOR CONTACTS, POWER SUPPLIES, AND WIRING. 11. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW WIRE MESH DOOR AT THE REGISTRY CAGE, NEW WIRE MESH PARTITION AT THE EXPRESS MAIL AREA, AND NEW WIRE MESH CAGE AT THE STOCKROOM PER CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. 12. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AND INSTALL NEW WALLS, A DOOR ASSEMBLY, AND CEILING AT VENDING ROOM PER CONTRACT DRAWINGS. 13.
