Upgrade of interior finishes and fixtures in two pairs of restrooms in the Kansas City Music Hall and one pair of restrooms in the Little Theatre. Work includes the replacement of lavatories, urinals, and multiple restroom accessories, the replacement of flooring with new terrazzo flooring, the repair and restoration of existing flooring, the repair of existing finishes, the installation of new light fixtures and the re-lamping of existing light fixtures, metal studs and drywall, stone wall panel installation and repair; door hardware repair; plaster patch and repair, miscellaneous rough and finish carpentry, painting, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. QA date - 1-2-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Proposal Documents may be directed to the Project Manager listed at the end of these Instructions to Proposers. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by the Project Manager in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded as having received the Proposal Documents. Questions received less than ten (10) days prior to the date for receiving the Proposals may not be answered.
