Bart Jensen at b.jensen@jonesanddemille.com The Project includes the following Work: Installation of 7000 ft, 8-inch diameter HDPE waterline, tying into the existing main water lines and service lines, installing fire hydrants, gate valves, and air vac valves as needed along the new line. Bids will be received for single contract. This project is tied to one (1) other project. Bidder must bid on all items for both projects tied together. Failure to bid on all items for each project will disqualify the Bidder. One Bidder will be selected to construct all of the tied projects. See Specification 00 22 14 for details. The issuing office for the bidding documents is Jensen Water Improvement District. Questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing to the Project Engineer, Brooks Jones. Bids for the construction of the project are to be received at the Uintah Transportation Special Service District, ATTN: Julie Joy-Hundley. A mandatory pre-bid conference for the project and its associated tied project will be held at the Jensen Water Improvement District Offices. Bids will not be accepted from bidders who do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. This project is tied to one other project and bidders must submit bids for all items for both projects to be considered for award.
