The Upper Canada District School Board invites tenders, from pre-qualified eligible bidders, for RAAC REPLACEMENT & ACCESSIBILITY UPGRADES including, - Replace RAAC in roof sections C & E with steel deck. - Structural enhancements to support new roof deck. - Remove and reinstall existing mechanical HVAC systems - New 2-ply modified bitumen roofing system. - New Universal washroom. - New stage lift. - This will be a multi-phase, multi-year project phased to cause the least impact to building users Owner only provides plans and specs to their prequalified contractors.
