Site work for a water / sewer project in Kerens, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 975 LF of 2-inch CL200 PVC water line and all other associated appurtenances. A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the Owner, negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid. Note: Contractor should be aware that FedEx or other courier services do not deliver at the WSC until late afternoon. If sending a bid by this type of courier service, adjustments should be made to accommodate this delivery time. The Owner reserves the right to waive the informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the bid opening.
