The City of Schertz is seeking competitive sealed bids from contractors to provide sanitary sewer improvements and related equipment. Bidders are required to submit the following documents and information: Complete Proposal, Section 6 - Execution of Offer, Section 7 - Proposers Statement of Qualifications, Section 8 - Cost Proposal, Exhibit B - Certificate of Insurance (optional), Form 1295 (optional), Work Portfolio or other supporting materials (optional, not cost related), and any other cost-related materials (optional, for fees or costs not outlined in Section 8). Scope:- Abandonment of existing force main and pump wells. Installation of an 8" gravity main, pre-cast concrete manholes, service laterals and appurtenances. Disconnect and salvage of existing grinder pumps. Q/A - All questions must be submitted through the City's e-procurement portal no later than Jan 6, 2025 by 5:00PM CST *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
