The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Galveston District is conducting market research to identify qualified and experienced sources for dredging services along the main stem of the Houston Ship Channel, from Sims Bayou to the upper Turning Basin, with options for Port of Houston docks. All dredged material will be placed in Rosa Allen, an upland confined Placement Area. Contractors should demonstrate experience as a prime contractor performing dredging of deep draft navigation channels and provide examples of production rates. This notice seeks to determine interest, capabilities, and qualifications from industry members, including Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. Location: Houston Ship Channel, Harris County, Texas. Magnitude of Construction is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Contractor shall furnish all payment bonds, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary to complete office renovations at Neville Island Area Office in accordance with the Specifications and Drawing.
